You may submit an order using the shopping cart and secure order form provided. Orders for items are processed on a first serve basis. We suggest that the order form on the online shop be used, as it is the fastest.

We accept paypal and your order will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders that require labor (such as cutting stones) can take 4 to 6 weeks before shipment or up to the agreement.

Bank Swift Transfer (International, all countries)

If you wish to pay by wire transfer you need to contact us before with the product details you wish to order. We will keep your item(s) for 10 days or until we receive your payment. If it is not received we cannot guarantee the availability anymore after the 10 days delay.

Typically, it takes 3-5 business days (depending on customer's bank) to transfer money from customers' banking account to our banking account. As soon as the transaction is approved and completed, we will ship the product(s) within 3 working days. However, according to an international rule, customers need to be responsible for the transfer fees, normally add US$20 of the total amount.
